Management Team

John Berardi

President & Technology Consultant

John has been in the telecommunications industry since 2001. After working directly for several service providers, John moved to the indirect sales channel in 2006 and built the network services arm for AMG Systems before founding TruPoint in 2009. John has served on the advisory board for national master agencies and for several service providers. John is the proud father of two amazing girls and enjoys traveling with his family as much as possible.

Michelle Geery

Director of People & Culture

Michelle brings a wealth of business experience to TruPoint Communications. After running her own technology company for 17 years, she provided business development consulting for several businesses. Michelle has been a leader in the fight against SIDS, travels at every opportunity she has, and loves spending time with her four daughters, their families and her friends.

Curtis Malocha

Manager, Customer Success

Curtis brings over 25 years of customer service management and corporate training experience to TruPoint Communications. Curtis runs our implementation and support groups and leverages his engineering background, USF business education, and 8 years of VoIP experience on every installation he manages. Curtis spends his free time with his wife, taking his cats for a walk on a leash, and adding to his collection of more than forty yard gnomes.

Bill Barton

Director of Operations

Bill joins the TruPoint Communications family with 27 years of IT consulting, project management, and operations experience. Bill is respected as a progressive technology thinker, creative operational strategist, and a trusted solutions advisor. Bill and his wife have an adult son, a married daughter, and two teenage daughters along with an English Bulldog named Kronk; together they enjoy entertaining friends at their home and traveling. When he’s not working, you can find Bill under the hood of his antique truck restoration project, serving with his family at their local church, riding rollercoasters, or relaxing at the beach.
