As a Senior Technology Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be identifying and onboarding Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) clients, exploring new business opportunities, nurturing existing client connections, and achieving sales targets. Working closely with clients, you will delve into their technology and business objectives, presenting tailored solutions designed not only to meet, but exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective consultative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create plans for ICP client acquisition.
  • Tailor compelling technology presentations that highlight our unique value proposition and desired client outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance the visibility and reputation of the TruPoint brand.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor and collaborate with clients to develop technology strategies.
  • Offer agnostic guidance on proven technology solutions that align with client’s business objectives to allow the client to make informed decisions.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure favorable terms for the client.
  • Stay abreast of new and emerging technologies and adapt to enhance advisory services to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer migrations and deployments to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deliverables, and contracts.


  • Must demonstrate a proactive and strategic approach to client acquisition, with a proven track record of identifying and building long-term client relationships.
  • Must have experience and record of success in B2B technology sales with midmarket/enterprise level clients.
  • Experience in complex technology sales, negotiations, and strategic account management.
  • Knowledge of the Channel is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Strong professional references are a prerequisite for this position.
  • Other duties as directed by the sales manager.
